As we continue to monitor the corona virus (COVID-19) crisis situation very closely, we want to update you with actions we’ve put in place to keep our employees and community safe, as well as continue to provide top quality service for our customers.
We have taken the initiative on a number of operational changes within our business and have done a risk analysis to ensure we keep our clients and employees safe during the outbreak as well as flattening the curve by restricting any form of physical contact.
The implementation of business changes are as follows:
- Ensuring all staff who are currently working at our physical branch have their temperatures tested daily.
- We’ve added multiple sanitizing stations for our clients and employees at our dealerships.
- Implementing deep cleansing/disinfectant processes on our vehicles and common social areas.
- Ensuring all vehicle handlers are required to wear gloves and masks.
